Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, providing guidance and direction to ensure tasks are completed effectively
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences accurately and comprehensively
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, managing calendars and coordinating with relevant parties
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and professionally, maintaining clear communication channels
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information or directing queries to appropriate channels
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies as needed and maintain inventory records to ensure sufficient stock levels
  • The candidates should be able to greet people courteously and direct them to contacts or service areas as required
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems, organizing data effectively for easy retrieval and reference
