Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and answer telephone calls, as well as relay message
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, receive and issue payments, and provide customer service
