Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Châteauguay, QC
Shifts: 08:00 to 17:00
Transportation information: Own transportation, and valid driver’s licence
Work setting: In shop
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Installation, Repair
Own tools/equipment: Tools, steel-toed safety boots, gloves, safety glasses/goggles
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and be comfortable working in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments and be physically capable of meeting demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as necessary
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit dependability and demonstrate excellent oral communication
- The candidates should show flexibility in their approach and take initiative
- The candidates should be organized and demonstrate reliability
- The candidates should be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to signal safety procedures to other workers and to the general public, effectively communicating important safety information to ensure a secure work environment
