NRK Sahotas Blueberry Farm Ltd. is a family owned and operated fruit farm since 1985. We are a boutique farm and passionate about blueberries and the community we call home. We have over 33 years of direct experience in the blueberry industry. Our goal is to provide solutions to our clients, to help maximize profits. We excel in the growth and storage of our blueberries. We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $19.50 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time
Location: 19478 Old Dewdney Trunk Road, Pitt Meadows, BC, V3Y 1Z1
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning and Morning
Work setting: Staff accommodation is available and staff accommodation is provided
Work site environment: Candidates should work in outdoors, wet or damp, dusty and hot place
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Hindi and Panjabi Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset.
Type of Crops: Blueberries and Raspberries
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks, able to handle heavy loads, pay attention to detail, stand for extended periods and also able to walk and sit
- The candidate should be physically strong and also a combination of sitting, standing, walking
- The candidate should be able for bending, crouching, kneeling
