Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: E-commerce
Computer and technology knowledge: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), JavaOS, security software, project management software, website creation and management software, web service design, database software, software development, C++, Oracle
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate initiative and organizational skills
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine, document, and research problems experienced, consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents for solutions.
- The candidates should be able to provide advice, training, and customer service to users in response to identified difficulties, collecting, organizing, and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- The candidates should be able to participate in the redesign of applications and other software, supervise other technical support workers in this group, and provide business systems, network, and Internet support, including performing Web-server backup and recovery operations.
