Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have attention to detail in their work
  • The candidates should be comfortable with extended periods of sitting
  • The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and exercise good judgment in their responsibilities
  • The candidates should be organized, reliable team players fostering collaboration within the team

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify and assess potential institutional, business, and individual client markets
  • The candidates should ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations, and other policy requirements are completed, establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums, and determine the method of payment
  • The candidates should monitor insurance claims, respond to clients’ inquiries, and provide information about group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features
  • The candidates should be able to sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance
