Salary: $22.00 to $29.00 hourly (to be negotiated) for 37.5 hours per week
Employment Type:Â Permanent employment Full time

Work setting: Various locations, On-site customer service
Supervision:Â Receptionists and switchboard operators
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Simply Accounting, Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Basic security clearance, Confidential security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive taskers
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, client focus, dependable, organized, initiative, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books
- The candidates should be able to post journal entries, calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- The candidates should be able to maintain general ledgers and financial statements, calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- The candidates should be able to prepare tax returns
- The candidates should be able to keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
