Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

  • The candidate should be accurate, communicate effectively orally, stay organized, and demonstrate reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, plan, set up and administer accounting systems, and ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control
  • The candidates should be able to prepare financial statements and reports, recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices, and prepare income tax returns from accounting records
  • The candidates should be able to examine accounting records, provide financial, business and tax advice, and keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration
