Salary: $28.43 hourly for 35 hours per week

Security and safety: Criminal record should checked, immunization records required and Tuberculosis test required
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Candidates must have Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work, CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have specialization on geriatrics
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to administer medication and observe and document therapeutic effects and also monitor patients’ progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult with appropriate members of healthcare team
- The candidate should be able to take vital signs, apply aseptic techniques including sterile dressing, ensure infection control, monitore nutritional intake and conduct specimen collection
