Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have college diploma or Completion of bachelor’s degree in arts or Social Sciences
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of two years of previous administrative experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have knowledge of office administration policies, procedures, and processes and experience with Banner and Orbis
  • The candidates should demonstrate knowledge of office operations as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
  • The candidates should be proficient in using office productivity software, databases, internet browsers and search engines, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices
  • The candidates should possess excellent administrative and record-keeping skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills and a high degree of attention to detail
  • The candidates should have excellent skills in the manipulation of electronic data processing equipment and software applications relevant to the University’s electronic office (Brightspace, MS Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word)
  • The candidates should have a sound knowledge of secretarial/clerical and general office procedures, including record-keeping, filing, and database management

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide administrative and program support to OPAIP and CSAS related programs and services
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and deliver one-on-one study skills sessions, workshop presentations either in class and/or online
  • The candidates should be able to provide outreach regarding OPAIP and other CSAS related initiatives to campus stakeholders
