Salary: $27.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Location: Milton, ON
Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Transportation
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail, demonstrate hand-eye coordination, and be capable of performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and be willing to work overtime when required
- The candidates should be accustomed to working under tight deadlines, able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, have a strong client focus, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and organizational skills
- The candidates should be team players, uphold values and ethics, show initiative, have good judgment, and be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and prepare and submit reports
- The candidates should be knowledgeable about cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, highway trucking, and associated rules and regulations
- The candidates should be able to dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, coordinate, assign, and review work, and plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
