Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 7 years of work experience in a supply chain related field

Other Requirements:

  •  The candidates should have a proven track record of achieving consistent and positive results in supply chain management
  • The candidates should demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
  • The candidates should preferably have experience with ERP systems, with SAP experience being ideal
  • The candidates should possess proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, as well as data software like Alteryx. Knowledge of programming languages like Python
  • The candidates should be capable of designing, selling, and implementing creative and strategic supply chain solutions for both Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) and its customers
  • The candidates should exhibit strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities to tackle complex supply chain problems
  • The candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a highly cross-functional environment
  • The candidates should demonstrate leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills to lead project teams and support KHC’s business interests with customers
  • The candidates should be highly resilient with a results-driven attitude, capable of overcoming challenges to achieve desired outcomes
  • The candidates should possess excellent presentation and facilitation skills to effectively communicate supply chain solutions

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customers’ orders are filled in full, delivered on time, and in the most efficient manner possible for the Away From Home (Food Service) business
  • The candidates should be able to keep key stakeholders educated and informed about customers’ supply chain expectations, providing continuous feedback on Kraft Heinz’s performance. This includes leading periodic performance reviews with customers, tracking important KPIs (Case Fill Rate, and On-Time Delivery), and coordinating actions to improve performance as needed
  • The candidates should be able to serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding any Supply Chain related matters, such as supply updates, future risk assessment, product damages, quality concerns, and reporting, while building and maintaining strong business relationships with them
  • The candidates should be able to spearhead corrective and/or proactive supply chain solutions to ensure optimal service is provided to customers, coordinating strategically with cross-functional teams like Warehousing, Transportation, Sales, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, and Customer Service
  • The candidates should be able to identify and deliver specific and measurable cost-saving initiatives and service improvements through existing tools, process enhancements, and corrective actions in collaboration with affiliate logistics, planning, sales, R&D, and customer service departments. Examples include Customer Backhaul Programs, Full Pallet and Full Layer Ordering, Factory Direct opportunities, Full Truckload ordering, and Pallet Pattern Changes
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with the Sales team to assist and support in achieving monthly sales quotas. This involves generating ad-hoc reports, monitoring customer order pacing against forecast, and observing inventory health
