Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working in a manufacturing environment, which may involve standing and moving for extended periods
- The candidates should have the ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- The candidates should be comfortable lifting and handling materials relevant to the manufacturing process
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be currently enrolled in a relevant engineering or manufacturing program
- The candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The candidates should have excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to contribute to optimization projects in the areas of reliability, process control, and quality improvement in our Manufacturing operations
- The candidates will be given a detailed scope of work with a varied level of responsibility
- The candidates should be exposed to many aspects of manufacturing during their term, including project management, systems improvements, and process engineering
- The candidates should be able to contribute to the development, delivery, and documentation of process and technology improvements to eliminate machine stops, reduce scrap, and enable machine speed increases on high-speed converters
- The candidates should work collaboratively with operating teams, other engineers, and contractors
