Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have bachelor’s Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have minimum five (5) years of recent and related experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in an office environment, involving extended periods of sitting and computer use
  • The candidates should be able to attend marketing events, workshops, or meetings occasionally

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience conceptualizing and executing complex communications projects with a high degree of initiative, including media and marketing activities
  • The candidates should have experience planning and developing an integrated multi-channel communications strategy independently
  • The candidates should possess experience analyzing and recommending strategies to develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • The candidates should have experience developing and implementing targeted outreach initiatives that support communication strategies
  • The candidates should demonstrate proven project management skills, including the ability to set priorities, leverage limited resources, and meet deadlines, in the areas of print, web, and video production
  • The candidates should have knowledge and facility with a broad range of communications vehicles, including traditional print and new/emerging media such as web design, web-based marketing, content management solutions, and social networking tools including wikis, blogs, podcasts, and RSS feeds
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate tact, professionalism, sound judgment, and sensitivity
  • The candidates should possess superior written and verbal communication skills
  • The candidates should have excellent copywriting and editing skills for final content for web and print communications, including fluency in English grammar and spelling, and the ability to edit and proofread
  • The candidates should have well-developed design capabilities and experience with various web and graphic design software, including Adobe Design Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional 8.0, and Dreamweaver CS3), Microsoft Office, HTML, and Content Management Systems
  • The candidates should have a willingness and aptitude to keep current and learn new systems

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and develop an integrated multi-channel communications strategy independently
  • The candidates should be able to provide detailed analysis and recommendations on the suitability of major new technology and software systems
  • The candidates should be able to produce promotional and outreach materials
  • The candidates should be able to maintain information on digital platforms
  • The candidates should be able to plan project components of the design and content development of the website
  • The candidates should be able to draft and edit content for print and/or online communications channels
  • The candidates should be able to analyze digital analytic report data
