Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 15 to 20 hours per week

Work setting: Business and/or industry, Consulting firm, International organization or agency, Business, Professional association or organization, and Private company, corporation, or industry
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Audio/audio-visual, interactive/new media, communications, digital media, and strategy
Area of work experience: Community service organization, and tourism
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Google Drive, LinkedIn, and WordPress
Own tools/equipment: Computer, internet access, and cellular phone
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be adept at meeting tight deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should possess attention to detail, be capable of handling a large workload, with overtime potentially required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, show initiative, and exercise good judgment, while being organized and effective team players
- The candidates should be accurate, demonstrate dependability, and be reliable, upholding integrity and being quick learners, while also exercising due diligence
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products thoroughly and advise clients strategically on advertising or sales promotion strategies
- The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material professionally, gather, research, and prepare communications material accurately, and prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions effectively
- The candidates should be able to conduct analytical marketing studies meticulously, design market research questionnaires proficiently, and develop a portfolio of marketing materials creatively
- The candidates should be able to design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects efficiently, conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and website promotions strategically, and develop marketing strategies adeptly
- The candidates should be able to write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communication materials professionally
