Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
- The candidates should be able to prepare and reset the Receiving Area
- The candidates should be able to unload and sort general merchandise trailers and complete live unloading of other types of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to delegate, follow-up, and pull pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing
- The candidates should be able to delegate, follow-up, and assist in stocking, applying product protection (e.g., Spider Wire) on the sales floor as assigned and binning overstock merchandise
- The candidates should be able to provide training, coaching, and offering feedback to associates
- The candidates should be able to act as a team lead by providing direction to CAP 2 Associates
- The candidates should be able to maintain cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving
