Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000
Area of specialization: Reports and records, Accounting, Invoices
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Google Docs, Quick Books, MS Access, MS Office, Information technology, MS Window, Electronic mail, Social Media, MS Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive tasker
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to handle large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be accurate, client focus, organized, flexible, reliable, and quick learner
  • The candidates should have ability to multitask, time management, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics and other information
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, respond to employee questions and complaints, perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • The candidates should be able to oversee development of communication strategies, oversee the classification and rating of occupations, manage contracts, manage training and development strategies, consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, perform data entry, provide customer service, advise senior management, oversee the analysis of employee data and information, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
