Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates hold a Master’s degree and have five years of experience, varying based on the position level
Experience: Candidates should have experience in management and coaching of a consulting/business development team, with a tenure ranging from five to ten years

  • The candidates should hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and possess eight to ten years of experience, varying according to the position level
  • The candidates should have an industry-related university certificate or PUB along with nine years of experience, contingent on the position level
  • The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree related to the industry and possess five to seven years of experience, depending on the position level
  • The candidates should be a mutual fund representative (REC)
  • The candidates should be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or achieve this within 3-6 months of hiring
  • The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in English, which is considered an asset, and be client-focused, possessing critical thinking skills to meet the needs and expectations of clients
  • The candidates should exhibit decision-making abilities, valuing diversity and inclusion, and considering various factors to reach effective and timely resolutions, fostering an environment where all individuals feel valued and respected

  • The candidates should be able to achieve the expected financial contribution target of the branch, by identifying with your team the expected behaviors and business development activities
  • The candidates should be able to provide personalized coaching to advisors, the Client Service Manager, and the business development support team to develop their skills and support them in their career path
  • The candidates should be able to hire, develop, and manage the performance of your team members
  • The candidates should be able to mobilize the team to ensure a superior customer experience
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that your team members comply with and enforce established rules of engagement for customer segmentation, SEO, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance, and branch operating procedures
