Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
- The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, send and receive messages, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to conduct research, perform data entry, and file material in storage area
