Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Accounting
Computer and technology knowledge: Spreadsheet, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle physically demanding tasks, and perform repetitive duties efficiently
Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, assist in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and commission, monitor, and evaluate tasks
- The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration, plan and control budget and expenditures
