Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a high school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have 6 months – 1 year office support experience – Preferred

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have data entry skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate effective oral and written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills
  • The candidates should have experience in Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to understand and perform general office procedures in a fast-paced office environment, utilizing effective time-management skills
  • The candidates should be able to communicate effectively, solve intermediate-level problems, and assist with basic research needs
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephones, key in data, file documents, etc.
  • The candidates should be able to prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and/or coordinate information for internal use and distribution
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and maintain departmental calendars and schedules
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate departmental meetings, including catering and travel arrangements for multiple parties
  • The candidates should be able to perform various other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
