Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should have a strong attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate efficiency in their work, be energetic, and possess a positive attitude.
  • The candidates should be outgoing, exhibit dependability, and possess efficient interpersonal skills.
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and showcase reliability in meeting job responsibilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • The candidates should be able to send and receive messages
  • The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to label, file, and retrieve documents
  • The candidates should be able to locate and remove files requested
