Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Equipment and machinery experience: Conventional oven, Deep fryer, Electronic cash register, Food dispensers, and Grill
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads as part of their duties, willing to work overtime when required, and physically fit to perform demanding tasks
- The candidates should handle repetitive tasks efficiently, be comfortable standing for extended periods, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs), 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and 23 kg (50 lbs) as necessary

- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks, possessing efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their duties consistently, working effectively as part of a team and fostering collaboration

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables, carry and replace linen, and clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, load buspans and trays, and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
- The candidates should be able to place dishes in the storage area, replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- The candidates should be able to scour pots and pans, keep records of the quantities of food used, and package take-out food
- The candidates should be able to portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars, take customers’ orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and handle and store cleaning products
- The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sharpen kitchen knives
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
