Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit to lift mail containers of up to 50 lbs, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for extended periods of time
- The candidates should have flexibility to be available for temporary, on-call work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have training and experience interacting with the public in a retail and service environment, including sales and cash transactions
- The candidates should have an understanding of general or post office accounting systems
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sell postal products and services to both the business community and the public, ensuring effective communication of available offerings
- The candidates should be able to sort, distribute, and process mail into the appropriate classifications to maintain an organized workflow
- The candidates should be able to provide customers with necessary information and forms, assisting them in understanding postal services and requirements
- The candidates should be able to address delivery and service difficulties, resolving problems quickly and thoroughly to maintain customer satisfaction
