Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in administering, promoting, and interpreting programs or services

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • The candidates should have time management and task prioritization skills among competing needs

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate abilities in planning, organizing, and coordination and possess above-average verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills
  • The candidates should have experience in building and sustaining interpersonal and business relationships
  • The candidates should have excellent visual skills and acumen and savvy with Microsoft Office Suite applications

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage, develop, and find improvements to the O&SE SharePoint site and create visual promotional and communication materials
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the development of O&SE programs and services, rollouts, and evaluations
  • The candidates should be able to assist in creating, managing, and facilitating training offerings and simulations for business area stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the implementation of various programs and services
  • The candidates should be able to guide business areas and colleagues through the O&SE programs and services
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with team members on multiple high-stake projects
  • The candidates should be able to work with Adobe Creative Suite to stretch their imagination and innovation
  • The candidates should be able to use Microsoft Excel and Power BI to present data in a visually appealing dashboard
  • The candidates should be able to create brief, fun, appealing, and informative “how-to” instructional videos
