Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be adept at managing repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should possess a strong attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide services
  • The candidates should operate a switchboard or telephone system, order office supplies, and record and relay information
  • The candidates should schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, and perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
  • The candidates should answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, perform data entry, and provide customer service
