Massage Treat based in Brampton, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Receptionist-clerk. Massage Treat is a haven for wellness and relaxation, providing expert massage therapy services. With a team of skilled and licensed massage therapists, the center focuses on promoting stress relief, muscle relaxation, and overall well-being. Offering a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy, Massage Treat caters to diverse needs. Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and be team players
  • The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and possess strong time management skills

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, obtain and process information required to provide services, and order office supplies
  • The candidates should be able to record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices
  • The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, and answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to monitor mobile radio or telephone and provide directory assistance
