Value Village is a retail chain specializing in secondhand clothing and household goods. It offers a wide range of gently used items, processed through efficient sorting and pricing in its warehouses. The company promotes sustainability by recycling donations and reselling them at affordable prices. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in business
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of management experience and/or experience in a training position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to drive results through hands-on training and active coaching of team members
  • The candidates should be able to guide and challenge management in the continuous and effective assessment of recycling performance
  • The candidates should be able to provide initial training and support for new store openings
  • The candidates should be able to guide store teams in the implementation of new required recycling programs
  • The candidates should be able to conduct training using effective training techniques and materials
  • The candidates should be able to participate in regional, district, and store meetings,  provide detailed ongoing training in Recycling Standard categories
  • The candidates should be able to review store recycling paperwork with management to ensure proper reconciliation of invoices and completion of required recycling documents
