Salary: $26.00 to $31.25 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Enfield, NS & New Minas, NS
Transportation information: Own transportation, Own vehicle and Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of work experience: Marketing
Area of specialization: Community campaign, Management and Sales
Computer and technology knowledge: Database software, spreadsheet, MS Windows, MS Excel, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate and organized in their work, displaying flexibility in their approach to tasks
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and function well as team players
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication abilities and demonstrate initiative in their responsibilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange staff training and lead/instruct groups effectively
  • The candidates should be able to plan, control budget, and manage expenditures
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with the marketing department, understanding and communicating marketing messages to the field
  • The candidates should be able to organize regional and divisional sales operations, planning and directing activities in various establishments
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, organize, train, manage staff, and work with minimal supervision
