Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, in confined spaces, and in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy conditions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, able to handle heavy loads, and physically demanding
- The candidates should have manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and sound discrimination skills
- The candidates should be open to overtime requirements and able to work under pressure
- The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, be flexible, and reliable
- The candidates should be team players, accurate, and have excellent oral communication
- The candidates should be dependable and hardworking

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials, as well as assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to assist in demolishing buildings, clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work
