Salary: $18.25 hourly 15 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Part time leading to full time
Location: 125-1640 Electra Blvd, North Saanich, BC V8L 5V4
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Early Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Vehicle and equipment experience: Towing tractors, De-icing sprayers, Lavatory servicing trucks
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Airport security clearance
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada.
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada.
- If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable, reliable, and be able to work as a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to drive and operate ramp-servicing vehicles and equipment
- The candidates should be able to position passenger loading stairs and operate aircraft cargo doors
- The candidates should be able to marshall or tow aircraft to gate positions
- The candidates should be able to sort and load cargo and passenger baggage according to instructions
- The candidates should be able to unload, sort and route cargo and passenger baggage
