Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of MS Office and Point of sale system

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, pay attention to detail and also for large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client, in a flexible environment and also in an organized way
  • The candidate should be dependable, reliable and also a team player
  • The candidate should have accuracy, efficient interpersonal skills and also an excellent oral communication
  • The candidate should be able to supervise 3-4 people

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies and also negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • The candidate should be able to develop, implement and analyze budgets, participate in marketing plans and implementation, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service and also recruit, train and supervise staff
  • The candidate should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices and also ensure health and safety regulations are followed
