Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure, accustomed to tight deadlines, and able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity and demonstrate attention to detail, able to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking comfortably
- The candidates should be comfortable walking and have the ability to distinguish between colors, as well as being comfortable sitting, standing for extended periods, and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize accuracy and demonstrate client focus, possessing efficient interpersonal skills and exhibiting excellent oral communication
- The candidates should display flexibility, be organized, and demonstrate reliability, while also being team players and exhibiting dependability
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent written communication, show initiative, and exercise good judgment, along with having the ability to multitask

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments by cheque, and order merchandise
- The candidates should be able to authorize the return of merchandise, establish work schedules, and sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of workers
