Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide advice about merchandise, tailoring recommendations to meet customer needs and preferences
  • The candidates should be able to effectively advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services, utilizing various marketing channels
  • The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions in a professional manner
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring products are presented attractively and in line with branding standards
  • The candidates should be able to conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and security
  • The candidates should be able to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates accurately to customers
  • The candidates should be able to greet customers warmly and engage in discussions about the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
  • The candidates should be able to maintain sales records for inventory control purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
  • The candidates should be able to prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, including packaging and labeling items appropriately
