Salary: $60,000 to $100,000 annually (To be negotiated) 170 to 185 hours per month
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Revelstoke, BC
Shifts: Flexible Hours
Work setting: Rural area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services, Marketing strategy development
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone, Computer
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be proficient in interpersonal skills, ensuring effective communication
- The candidates should possess excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should exhibit excellent written communication skills
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist prospective buyers in making offers of purchase on real estate properties
- The candidates should be able to draw up sales agreements for purchaser’s and seller’s approval
