Salary: $17.40 to $18.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture
- The candidates should be able to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets
- The candidates should be able to distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean changing rooms and showers
- The candidates should be able to disinfect operating rooms and other areas, wash windows, walls and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, pick up debris and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, address customers’ complaints or concerns
