Sollio Agriculture based in Temiskaming Shores, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Seasonal/Summer Student-Feed Mill Worker. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to full time or seasonal employment. The shifts the candidates have to work are yet to be determined.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of English and French Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Experience: Candidates need a manual experience in an industrial environment and have maintenance skills
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be physically fit and be able to lift 50 lbs
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have strong teamwork skills
- The candidate should be versatile and enjoy dealing with multiple priorities.
- The candidate should be able to work in a noisy/dusty environment;
- The candidate should have a high degree of safety awareness and commitment to safety
- The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to work under minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to reception and shipment of bulk products
- The candidate should be able to ensure the quality of products received and shipped matches the company’s standards
- The candidate should be able to consistently meet all loading requirements to ensure that customers receive the products and services they require in an efficient and timely manner
- The candidate should be able to manufacture pelleted livestock feed
The candidate should be following all Feed Assure GMPs - The candidate should be able to install, maintain and repair feed mill equipments and installations
- The candidate should be able to conduct audits on equipment and installations
- The candidate should be able to conduct preventive maintenance as required by
- The candidate should be able to work with a supervisor’s guidance, order material and contact external service providers
- The candidate should be present on call for a maintenance emergency
