Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 10+ years of game industry experience

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have 5+ years of professional experience managing, product managing, or producing game operations at scale
• The candidates should have hands-on AAA production experience and live games experience with 2+ shipped titles
• The candidates should have proven experience scheduling teams, managing external partners, and supporting live service products and a passion for games
• The candidates should have an understanding of live services and the complexities of running a live product
• The candidates should have a passion and broad knowledge of project management and product processes
• The candidates should have experience with a wide variety of development practices including waterfall, scrum or agile and strong cross-team collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to create and manage production processes, including establishing milestones, tracking progress, and managing risk with multiple contributors, including the development team, external agencies, and internal partners
• The candidates should be able to implement approval and review processes to ensure buy-in from product leadership, marketing leadership, and Amazon Games executive leadership
• The candidates should be able to use data and current task status to ensure predictability and integrity of delivery schedules across the full portfolio of titles in live operations
