Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in marketing for a CPG company

  • The candidates should possess strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills in a cross-functional team environment
  • The candidates should have experience supporting on the agency side (advertising, consulting, media), with social media specific experience being a plus

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to partner with incredible creative talent to find new ways for brands to reach consumers, thinking differently about advertising and encouraging others to do the same, thereby contributing to building brand equity and driving long-term growth for the business
  • The candidates should be able to lead end-to-end creative strategy, taking ownership of the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and consumer insights
  • The candidates should be able to own the creative brief for external collaborators, identifying the best creative territory and big ideas for development, and leading discussions with agency partners to provide feedback and guidance
  • The candidates should be able to think strategically and holistically across the full marketing mix, with a specific focus and passion for emerging platforms, leveraging innovative approaches to engage consumers effectively
  • The candidates should be able to approve the research framework for creative development, using consumer insights and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize campaign strategies
  • The candidates should be able to influence cross-functional teams including category marketing, central marketing, consumer insights, sales, finance, and agency partners to bring creative ideas and activations from concept to reality, driving alignment and collaboration across departments
  • The candidates should be able to lead discussions during presentations with business unit and marketing senior leadership, effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies to gain buy-in and support
  • The candidates should be able to lead a full cross-agency team including creative, social, media, and PR partners to bring ideas to life and extend campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring cohesive execution and integration
  • The candidates should be able to advocate for a deep comprehension of the consumer, using consumer insights to drive brand and campaign strategy, ensuring that creative initiatives resonate with target audiences
  • The candidates should be able to assess data analysis to inform strategies and evaluate in-market results to drive business objectives, leveraging performance metrics to optimize future creative endeavors
