Shift: 2 days per week (Monday and Wednesday)

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or Project Management
Experience: Candidates should have 10+ years of related experience in Project Management

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess a PMP certification
  • The candidates should demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and control projects. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is expected
  • The candidates should have experience in project estimating and planning techniques
  • The candidates should have expertise in the management of change, risk, and problem-solving
  • The candidates should have an in-depth understanding of telecom networks, equipment, and technologies, such as fiber optics, wireless networks, IP networking, etc

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to execute the Project Management methodology, leading projects from inception to completion, and managing tasks throughout the project life cycle while prioritizing stakeholder relationships at all levels to provide a unified experience
  • The candidates should be able to handle Network Infrastructure deployment and commissioning projects, including new build, expansion, hardware refresh, software upgrade, decommissioning, service migration, and customer migration projects
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate and manage project deliverables, schedules, timelines, and costs from concept to deployment and business readiness and to collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and schedule project deliverables, leading and directing resources toward project objectives
  • The candidates should be able to communicate project progress, requirements, quality measures, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, driving resolution and escalating when necessary to manage changes effectively
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of the Telecom Industry and Infrastructure, including Fiber, LAN/WAN, SD WAN, MPLS, Broadband, DIA and to demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with diverse perspectives
  • The candidates should be able to deliver telecommunication infrastructure projects on time, on budget, and on specs, including various project types such as new build, expansion, hardware refresh, software upgrade, decommissioning, service migration, and customer migration projects
  • The candidates should be able to work with various levels of resources and stakeholders, displaying collaboration, alignment, and effective communication and to manage vendor and external resource deliverables, commitments, and communication effectively
  • The candidates should be able to be detail-oriented, able to spot and resolve issues quickly, and experienced in responding to RFPs and RFQs and to effectively manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, communication, and stakeholder relationships
  • The candidates should be able to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external teams, managing relationships, demonstrating persistence, and problem-solving skills
  • The candidates should be able to be experienced in Waterfall and Agile frameworks, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clarified and understood and to lead multiple work streams or project teams, creating detailed work plans, identifying and sequencing activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • The candidates should be able to translate and communicate complex issues and their resolution to stakeholders and senior management, demonstrating thought leadership in project management and to demonstrate effective organization skills, managing multiple priorities and coaching others to improve these skills
