Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language and 4+ years of full stack development experience

• The candidates should have experience as a mentor, tech lead, or in leading an engineering team
• The candidates should have 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• The candidates should have 1+ year of Generative AI experience, including the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) into applications

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to develop reusable security libraries and frameworks that can be consumed by other teams, promoting consistency and best practices across the organization
• The candidates should be able to collaborate closely with application security engineers and software development teams to understand their needs and provide guidance on secure coding practices
• The candidates should be able to conduct code reviews, identify potential vulnerabilities, and propose mitigation strategies to enhance the overall security posture
