Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 42 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Thunder Bay, ON
Supervision: More than 20 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Process improvement
Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software, Database software, Inventory control software, Spreadsheet, MS Windows, MS Excel
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, exercise good judgment, and stay organized
- The candidate should be reliable, work as a team player, and demonstrate values and ethics
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to evaluate daily operations and plan and organize daily operations
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory and plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
