Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should be currently enrolled in an Associate or greater undergraduate degree program such as Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 and August 2025
Experience: Candidates should have experience with at least one functional scripting language such as Perl, Python, Ruby, shell scripting

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have an education focused on software deployment, networking, and maintenance
  • The candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to divide a problem into core components
  • The candidates should have coursework-level troubleshooting skills across multiple environments
  • The candidates should demonstrate coursework-level documentation skills in describing deployment processes and troubleshooting, as well as experience with Digital Content Creation tools such as Maya, Houdini, Cinema 4D, Nuke, and After Effects
  • The candidates should have prior AWS experience, specifically with EC2, S3, CDK, and CloudFormation technologies, and working at scale
  • The candidates should enjoy talking to people and helping them succeed
  • The candidates should have experience with Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to engage with customers to understand their unique problems, even if they involve software solutions that we don’t own
  • The candidates should be able to provide innovative solutions to solve customer problems, occasionally requiring the creation of new solutions such as documentation or scripts to prevent recurring issues
  • The candidates should be able to work directly with customers to integrate our tools into existing pipelines and implement fixes from the field into our products
  • The candidates should be able to manage customer expectations and escalate issues when necessary, especially when a design may not be optimal
  • The candidates should be able to provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer interactions, contributing to the improvement of our software
  • The candidates should be able to become individual experts in one or two domains of our products, learning large amounts of information in a continually changing, fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for tackling strange and fresh problems, showing a willingness to engage with unconventional challenges
