Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience: Candidates should have 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience in extended workforce management vendor operations supporting design and implementation of contingent workforce management models (vendors, and specialist contractors)
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to comfortably operate in a high-paced and changing work environment
  • The candidates should possess the ability to manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity
  • The candidates should have excellent detail-oriented and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be comfortable leading high-level cross-functional conversations with decision-makers

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Vendor Management Office (VMO) compliance
  • The candidates should be able to develop programs to monitor, analyze, and evaluate extended workforce performance against metrics on a regular basis
  • The candidates should be able to identify opportunities to transform vendor management processes and create relevant metrics to track progress
  • The candidates should be able to drive change management initiatives and measure improvements to existing frameworks
  • The candidates should be able to develop scalable solutions to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices
  • The candidates should be able to drive operational efficiencies by supporting supplier transitions, onboarding, and contracting
  • The candidates should be able to support business reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate service governance measures and risk-mitigating actions are robust and impactful
  • The candidates should be able to provide extended workforce management guidance to stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance protocol
  • The candidates should be able to support commercial compliance audits to ensure contractual terms align with invoices
  • The candidates should be able to support efforts with product areas on service design, delivery, and governance for prioritized processes
