Requirements:

Languages: The candidates should be bilingual (French and English) or trilingual (French, English, and Spanish)
Education: The candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in internal sales or preferably a bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 5 years’ experience in shipping/receiving & Logistics

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to interact with customers, including but not limited to phone, chat/SMS, and email, regarding sales, service, and Tesla delivery
  • The candidates should be able to review and assess customer concerns, escalation follow-ups, pre-delivery/order feedback, and post-delivery/order feedback
  • The candidates should be able to use a consultative approach to influence customer purchases while adhering to Tesla’s mission, business model, and brand
  • The candidates should be able to provide exceptional daily experiences to our customers
  • The candidates should be able to accurately document data, concerns, and relevant information using various tools
  • The candidates should be able to establish and maintain customer relationships from the initial interaction throughout the customer journey
  • The candidates should be able to develop and maintain a sales pipeline, achieving personal and team monthly goals with field teams
  • The candidates should be able to seek ways to collaborate with colleagues, communicating opportunities to collectively enhance performance with business partners and field teams
  • The candidates should be able to follow a structured approach to customer problem-solving and adhere to strict expectations of performance, adherence, and punctuality to protect the customer experience and organizational interests
  • The candidates should be able to read, analyze, follow processes, and exercise judgment when necessary
