Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be committed to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- The candidates should have excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
- The candidates should have the ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making one of our customer-favorites… coffee
- The candidates should have the ability to understand and follow applicable laws and requirements relating to food safety
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle cash transactions, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking as part of the role
- The candidates should be able to engage in food prep and adhere to foodservice safety standards, depending on the specific position
