Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, pay attention to detail, and sit for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication
- The candidate should have excellent written communication, flexibility, and be organized
- The candidate should be reliable and a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ enquiries, provide customer service, and provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features
- The candidates should be able to sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance
