Requirements:

- The candidates should be able to implement and oversee loss prevention protocols to minimize shrinkage and maintain store security
- The candidates should be able to spend time on the sales floor daily, working alongside Team Members to assess their working conditions, performance
- The candidates should be able to create team-building opportunities to develop a strong, high-performing team
- The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, train, and mentor Team Members to build a skilled and motivated workforce
