Salary: $90,000 to $95,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 400 Bd de la Côte Vertu, Dorval, QC H4S 2E6, Canada
Shifts: Day

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Sustainability
Economic specialization: Simulation techniques
Scientific specialization: Ergonomics, Natural and applied sciences, and Human factors

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have the ability to multitask, be accurate, and demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidate should communicate excellently both orally and in writing and have interpersonal awareness
  • The candidate should use good judgment and be a team player

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to conduct research and document investigations and conclusions/recommendations and report information to the supervisor
  • The candidates should be able to study and evaluate physical and ergonomics hazards and stresses in the workplace and suggest changes to work processes based on findings
  • The candidates should be able to advise on policies and physical, social and psychological interrelationships between persons, their equipment and environments and ensure products and work methods maximize safety, productivity and comfort through usability testing
