Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world’s original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to lift between 5-15 lbs
  • The candidates should be able to work safely at all times and within customer quality specifications

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be individuals with attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination as these qualities are required
  • The candidates should be capable of performing job duties that involve continuous standing, walking, handling, and reaching
  • The candidates should be prepared for repetition of tasks and duties

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assemble heat exchangers using a variety of methods, materials, and tools
  • The candidates should be able to work in conjunction with automation employees to final assemble raw components for brazing (high-temperature soldering)
  • The candidates should be able to perform final assembly with the addition of bracketry, bolts, and fittings using semi-automated equipment
  • The candidates should be able to comprehend work instructions during the assembly process
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a clean and organized work area(s) and participate in 5S and continuous improvement efforts
